Our client approached us to build a new platform that enables automotive professionals to discover new job opportunities and employers to find top talent. For future upgrades and maintenance, it was important to provide a fast, scalable platform with good user experience.
Having used WordPress before, the client wanted it to be the foundation for the new platform. In order to support all of the use cases, we had to extend WordPress to meet project requirements and limitations. One technical challenge we solved was to create a custom plugin that integrates with Doctrine ORM while following Symfony's structure.
Our project utilized a diverse tech stack to create a seamless and scalable platform. WordPress served as the foundation of the platform, providing a reliable and familiar base for our team to build upon.
To ensure a performant and responsive front-end, we utilized ReactJS, a popular JavaScript library renowned for its speed and modularity. This allowed us to create a dynamic and responsive user interface that was easy to use and navigate.
For database management, we implemented Doctring ORM, a library that allowed us to map our database schema. This helped us to efficiently and accurately manage our database and data operations.
To streamline our development process and ensure code quality, we utilized Github Actions, a popular continuous integration and deployment tool. This allowed us to automate testing, code reviews, and deployments, enabling us to develop and deploy new features quickly and efficiently.
Overall, our tech stack allowed us to create a powerful and flexible platform that met the needs of both our clients and users. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools, we were able to create a platform that was fast, reliable, and easy to use, enabling automotive professionals to find their ideal job opportunities and employers to find the best talent available.
