All payments for our services must be made in full before any work can begin. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Payment terms and rates will be agreed upon with our customers before work begins.
All intellectual property rights in any software, code, or other work created by us during the provision of our services will be the property of the customer upon full payment. We reserve the right to use any work created during the provision of our services for promotional or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by our customers, including any data, code, or other proprietary information. We will not share any customer information with third parties without the customer's express consent.
We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the provision of services at any time, subject to the payment of any outstanding fees. Upon termination, all work created during the provision of our services will be delivered to the customer.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
